Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 26 April 2022, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Gayrat Fozilov held talks with Kai Jurgen Mikael Sauer, Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Finland, via videoconference. 

The current state and prospects for the development of bilateral relations in the political, trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other spheres were discussed. 

Particular attention was paid to deepening cooperation in the educational field by organizing mutual visits of experts, exchange programs for teachers and students. 

An exchange of views took place on the implementation of joint investment projects in the areas of innovation, information and communication technologies and the pharmaceutical industry.

Interest was expressed in strengthening cooperation within the framework of multilateral structures.
