Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 2 May, 2020, by resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Furkat Sidikov was appointed deputy minister of foreign affairs, the telegram channel of the Ministry of Justice reports.

He is 49 years old. Since 2015, he worked as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and before that, first secretary of the Embassy of our country in the United States.
