Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Various messages are published on social networks about the closure of gas stations in Uzbekistan and the need to replenish cars with fuel. This was reported by the press service of Uztransgaz.

Uztransgaz is a supplier of natural gas to automobile gas-filling compressor stations (CNG filling stations), henceforth it will continue to supply gas to entrepreneurs in accordance with the terms of the contract.

The CNG filling stations operating in the republic are the property of entrepreneurs and their working hours are regulated by entrepreneurs in accordance with internal rules.

As previously reported, in order to create favorable conditions for the population and entrepreneurs, in accordance with the protocol decision of the Cabinet of Ministers from 22 February from 1 March  2020, the supply of natural gas to CNG stations is carried out in the declared volumes of entrepreneurs.

We want to remind you that there is a criminal liability for the spread of panic.

The dissemination of any form of information and materials aimed at creating panic among the population is punishable by a fine of 66 million 900 thousand soums to 89 million 200 thousand soums or restriction of liberty from 3 to 5 years or imprisonment from 3 to 5 years.
