From 1 January 2022, the demand to submit some documents from the population is canceled

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - From 1 January 2022, state bodies, business associations and local executive authorities are prohibited from requesting from the population, including business entities, a number of information and documents, such as:

- certificates of state registration of a business entity

- information on the availability of licenses, permits and confirmation of receipt of notifications

- information on payment of state duties, fees and other payments

- information about securities, operations with securities, receipt of dividends

- information about registration as a low-income family or a member of a low-income family

- information about the payment or receipt of alimony by individuals

- diploma of higher education

- information about the graduation of an individual from a secondary specialized, vocational educational institution

- information about the graduation of an individual from a secondary educational institution (on the basis of grade 11)

- information about the entry of citizens in the "Youth notebook" or "Women's notebook"

- information about self-employed persons

- documents confirming the right of applicants to enter higher educational institutions on a preferential basis

- copies of financial statements

- certificates confirming the salary of individuals for the last 12 months

- certificates of payment of social benefits and pensions.

When providing state social services, hiring and performing other administrative procedures, organizations will have to independently request from the responsible state bodies the documents and information specified in the list through the interdepartmental integration platform of the Electronic Government system.
