Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On the fact of a video spread on the Internet on the boy, who poured a bucket of water over himself on the highway, Tashkent police made a statement.

Pupils of one of the schools of Mirzo-Ulugbek district, 17-year-old T.S. and O.M., being on the roadway of Buyuk ipak yuli street, for a joke filmed a video where T.S. poured a bucket of water over himself.

On this fact, a preventive conversation was held with adolescents and their parents. Parents were explained their responsibilities for raising children, as well as the essence and meaning of Article 47 ("Failure to fulfill responsibilities for raising and educating children") of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility.

On the basis of the above article, the relevant documents were collected and transferred to the Interdepartmental Commission on Minors’ Affairs of the Mirzo-Ulugbek District for making a legal decision.
