French doctors visit Tashkent on invitation of Sen Yolg’iz Emassan

French doctors, members of Association “Chain of Hope, visited the Republican specialized center of surgery named after Academician Vohidov to participate in charity campaign on examining, consulting and conducting surgery of children.
The delegation of doctors from France visited Uzbekistan on invitation of the Republican Children Foundation Sen Yolg’iz Emassan (You are not alone).
During the visit, the French doctors examined and consulted about 40 children from low income families, children of Mercy houses and children with special needs from Republican center for social adaptation of children.
Examining children, doctors decided to carry out surgery of two-year old Mubina Ismailova from Ferghana. The girl was born with a congenital heart defect and needed emergency surgery.
French doctors also conducted training and master classes for their Uzbek colleagues and shared experience in cardio surgery, intensive therapy, new methods of diagnosis and treatment.
Chairperson of the Trustee Fund of Yolg`iz Emassan Lola Karimova-Tillyayeva said that she hopes that the start of the cooperation will help to development of children cardio surgery in Uzbekistan.
In 2013, Sen Yolg’iz Emassan helped to repair the Surgery Center named after Academician Vahidov and provided high-technological equipments.
