Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Cooks Association held a presentation of four books “Plov - a delicate matter”, “Eastern feast with Hakim Ganiev. Uzbek cuisine”, “Uzbek home cooking” and “Halal home cooking”.

Author of books “Plov - a delicate matter” and “Eastern feast with Hakim Ganiev. Uzbek cuisine” is Hakim Ganiev. Author of website Azu.uz Liliya Nikolenko wrote “Uzbek home cooking” and “Halal home cooking”.

At the presentation it was noted that the books were published due to growing interest of Uzbek cuisine and to promote it.

Book “Plov - a delicate matter” is a unique guide, and fascinating historical reference book, and book of recipes. It contains recipes for the preparation of various types of plov.

“Eastern feast with Hakim Ganiev. Uzbek cuisine” is a book about the art of cooking Uzbek dishes, which is a result of years of experience of the author as a chef and poet.

“Uzbek home cooking” contains 100 simple preparation technology and sophisticated dishes. Their recipes are accompanied by articles and stories.

“Halal home cooking” is a book for home reading, written in the form of recommendations for the family.

It should be noted that each of these books contains a step by step photos of making complex dishes.
