Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan strongly condemns the terrorist act committed on January 11 this year in Kabul near the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

The cynical outburst led to numerous casualties, mainly among employees of the Foreign Ministry.

“Uzbekistan will continue to support the inter-Afghan political process in every possible way and provide comprehensive assistance in building a peaceful and prosperous Afghanistan,” the statement says.

The Government of Uzbekistan expresses sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims, and also wishes a speedy recovery to the injured, the statement said.
