Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) – On 11 May 2022, Delhi will host the 15th round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of India.
The delegation of Uzbekistan will be headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Furkat Sidikov.
The agenda of the event includes topical issues of further strengthening the Uzbek-Indian relations of friendship and strategic partnership, expanding multifaceted cooperation in political, trade, economic, investment, cultural, humanitarian and other fields.
Particular attention will be paid to ensuring the implementation of previously reached agreements at the highest level, as well as promoting practical cooperation in the field of trade, industrial cooperation, green development, innovation and digital technologies, transport and logistics, cultural and humanitarian exchange.
A discussion of the prospects for the development of interregional interconnectedness is planned.
During the consultations, an exchange of views on the international and regional agenda will also take place.
