Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 25 February 2022, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel Yair Lapid.

At the beginning of the conversation, the heads of the foreign ministries exchanged congratulations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State of Israel (on 21 February 1992).

The current state and prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other fields were discussed.

Special attention was paid to the issues of interaction between the parties within the framework of the UN and other international structures.
