Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan to visit China

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of Uzbekistan headed by Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulaziz Kamilov will visit the People’s Republic of China on 23-25 April 2018, the foreign political body of Uzbekistan said in a statement.

The Uzbek delegation will attend the next meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which will be held in Beijing on 23-24 April 2018.

The Foreign Ministers of India, Kazakhstan, China, the Kyrgyz Republic, Pakistan, the Russian Federation, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will discuss issues related to preparation for the upcoming SCO summit in Qingdao (PRC) within the framework of the Chinese Chairmanship.

During the visit, the Uzbek delegation plans to hold bilateral meetings in Beijing.
