Flights from Uzbekistan to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Iran, Kuwait, and Israel Temporarily Suspended
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan Airways has announced the temporary suspension of flights to several Middle Eastern countries due to the current regional situation.
According to the official statement, all airlines—both resident and non-resident—will temporarily cease operating flights from airports in Uzbekistan to airports in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Iran, Kuwait, and Israel.
At the same time, airlines will continue to operate special flights aimed at returning passengers who traveled to the listed countries before 28 February 2026. Uzbekistan Airways emphasized that information about such flights is provided exclusively through official airline offices and hotlines listed on their official websites.
The carrier strongly recommends that passengers rely only on verified official sources and avoid unverified intermediaries to prevent misunderstandings or financial risks.
The company noted that decisions regarding the resumption of regular flights will be made based on the evolving situation and in accordance with aviation safety requirements.
