Flacks Group Discusses Investment and Industrial Modernization in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 4 December 2025, a meeting was held in Tashkent between Michael Flacks, Chairman and CEO of the American company Flacks Group, and Ilhomjon Umrzakov, Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan.

The negotiations also involved Flacks Group Vice President Joe David Hodari, company representative Anthony Wigglesworth, and representatives of the Ministry.

Flacks Group is an international investment company specializing in industrial and real sector assets. The company implements projects in strategic management of industrial enterprises, improving production efficiency, introducing modern technologies, and creating jobs.

Flacks Group’s experience spans asset management in North America, Europe, and other regions, with a particular focus on metallurgy, mining, chemicals, construction materials production, and other sectors.

During the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas of cooperation in industry, agriculture, manufacturing, and infrastructure, as well as opportunities for private investment, privatization, and transformation of existing enterprises. Special attention was given to sharing expertise and applying Flacks Group’s implemented projects to benefit Uzbekistan.

At the conclusion of the talks, both sides agreed to continue exploring specific areas of collaboration and to organize exchanges of opinions and expert experience for further joint work.
