First Pakistan-Uzbekistan Charter Cargo Flight Lands

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 12 March 2026, the first charter cargo flight from Pakistan arrived in Uzbekistan, signaling strengthened cooperation in the food sector.

Operated by Pakistan’s Air Eagle and coordinated by charter operator Air Speed Charter, the Boeing 737 landed at Tashkent International Airport from Lahore at 21:10 local time. The flight carried a shipment of food products, including 17 tons of meat. Plans are underway to gradually increase cargo volumes, aiming for up to 100 tons per flight in the future.

The initiative aims to enhance logistics links between the two countries and ensure stable food supplies. The new route is expected to foster trade and economic cooperation while paving the way for regular high-capacity charter cargo operations.
