Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A fire broke out on the premises of the Technopark in Tashkent, the press service of Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

According to the ministry, the fire occurred on the morning of May 1 at a synthetic padding (sintepon) production workshop located on Qushbegi Street in the Yakkasaray district of the capital. The emergency call was received at 07:01, and fire-rescue units arrived at the scene by 07:04.

The fire was contained by 07:45 and fully extinguished by 08:09.

No casualties have been reported.
