FIFA Futsal World Cup 2024™:Venezuela and Paraguay advance to quarterfinals

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Two more teams have secured their spots in the quarterfinals of the FIFA Futsal World Cup 2024™currently taking place in Uzbekistan.

In a stunning upset, Venezuela defeated Spain 2-1. Spain was widely considered one of the tournament favorites.

Paraguay also advanced to the quarterfinals after a 3-1 victory over Afghanistan.

With these results, Venezuela and Paraguay have both advanced to the quarterfinals of the Futsal World Cup.
