Ferghana Region Signs New Cooperation Agreements with Three Russian Regions
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The second meeting of the Council of Regions of Russia and Uzbekistan — a key platform for developing interregional cooperation between the two countries — was held in the Moscow region.
As part of the event, an Uzbekistan–Russia business forum took place, attended by a delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khodjaev.
Following the forum, the Ferghana region signed cooperation agreements with the Samara, Omsk, and Penza regions of the Russian Federation.
The documents are aimed at expanding collaboration in the economic, industrial, agricultural, and investment spheres.
