Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Khayrullo Bozorov, Khokim of the Ferghana region, held talks with representatives of the Chinese company “Country Garden Group” LLC (Beidahuang), led by Strategic Development Advisor Zhang Guangqin.

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for cooperation in agriculture, placing particular emphasis on several key areas. These included horticulture and vegetable farming, with a focus on cultivating high-quality products that meet export standards; processing and storage, involving the introduction of modern technologies to extend shelf life and increase product value; and the exploration of new markets to expand the reach of agricultural products from Ferghana abroad.

As a result of the discussions, both sides outlined specific steps for the implementation of joint projects. Experts from Ferghana and their Chinese counterparts will work together to introduce advanced agricultural technologies and organize mutually beneficial initiatives. This partnership opens new opportunities for the development of the region’s agricultural sector and for strengthening its export potential.
