Ferghana Delegation Visits Omsk to Strengthen Cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from the Ferghana region of Uzbekistan visited the city of Omsk as part of initiatives to deepen economic and cultural cooperation.

The visit continued Omsk region’s policy of expanding strategic partnerships with Central Asian countries under the leadership of Governor Vitaliy Khotsenko.

The program included participation in an exhibition within the framework of the “Days of Uzbek Culture in Omsk” festival, aimed at promoting national cultural heritage, strengthening interethnic harmony, and fostering mutual trust.

During the visit, the Ferghana delegation toured municipal districts of Omsk region to review industrial infrastructure, resource potential, and investment opportunities.

These activities are intended to lay the groundwork for joint projects in industry, trade, and investment.

At the conclusion of the visit, both sides expressed interest in continuing dialogue and developing practical forms of regional cooperation.
