He played in the films "Where are you, my Zulfiya?" (Yor- Yor), "The magnificent dreamer" (Ajoyib hayolparast), "The days gone by", "Nodirabegim", "The seventh gin", "Abu Raykhan Beruni", "The seventh bullet", "Fire roads", "Mischievous" ("The noise of the ball") and many others.
In addition, he was an actor and director at the Bukhara Music and Drama Theater, the Mukimi Theaters, the "Young Guard" and the Theater of Satire.
Bakhtiyor Ikhtiyorov was awarded the title of People's Artist of Uzbekistan, he was awarded the orders "Mekhnat Shukhrati", "El-Yurt Khurmati" and other awards.
