Expenses of organizations and citizens for defense needs to be compensated by state budget

The document said that the property for defense needs will be provided within the measures, conducted during war time.

The market price of property, provided for defense needs, reconstruction of which is not possible and damage, caused to property, will be compensated. Lost profits will not be compensated, the regulation said.

The owner of property should submit written application to the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan along with a package of documents.

During consideration of presented documents, the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan will determine opportunity to return property or compensation for caused damage.

After consideration of application, Ministry of Defense notifies owner of property or his/her representative on results of the consideration.

If there are no documents, proving that property was handed over to defense needs, the compensation will not be paid.

The size of the compensation is determined by the Ministry of Defense with attraction of evaluation organization in line with the legislation.

The payment of compensation is paid due to resources of the State Budget of Uzbekistan.
