Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The National Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights will hold an international conference "Human Rights Education: International Experience and National Practice" in Tashkent on 10-11 December 2021.
The forum, which will be held in a hybrid format, is organized in cooperation with national and international partner organizations.
The international conference is dedicated to the International Day of Human Rights, the Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the National Center for Human Rights, the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the UN Declaration on Education and Training in the Field of Human Rights.
As part of the event, citizens and organizations that have made a significant contribution to the protection of human rights and freedoms in Uzbekistan will be awarded a badge "For the protection of human rights."
In honor of the above dates, the National Center for Human Rights also held a republican competition “Digital Generation. Human rights education in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic". During the forum, its results will be announced and the winners will be awarded.
