Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – EURONEWS TV channel prepared a four-minute video report about Uzbekistan for the Focus program.

The video tells about the initiatives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, expressed at the 71st meeting of the UN General Assembly in September 2020.

The report covers large-scale projects carried out by Uzbekistan to integrate Central Asia into global transport corridors, create routes to seaports, and open rail and road corridors.

In addition, the analytical program touches upon the construction of strategically important energy facilities, which in the long term will allow Uzbekistan to gain energy independence.

The special reportage is supplemented by interviews with leading speakers by industry, including the First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sodiq Safaev, Minister of Energy Alisher Sultanov and others.

On the EURONEWS TV channel, the report will be shown from 11 to 18 November 2020.
