EU, Central Asia exchange opinion on green development

The meeting will be attended by officials of the bodies responsible for protection of environment and management of water resources, ministry of foreign affairs, regional and international organizations and civil society of Central Asian states, as well as representatives of the EU and its member states.

At the meeting, the participants will develop practical measure son ensuring ecological and social sustainable development in the region, which meet intension of the Central Asian states. The participants will consider issues of coordination of activities in nature protection sphere.

The platform of EU-Central Asia on cooperation in environment and water resources ensures implementation of the EU Strategy for Central Asia in sphere of ecology and water resources.
