He said that the enterprises of the industry exported goods for US$344.4 million in the reporting period, which rose by 24.7% year-on-year.
Maqsudjon Mansurov underlined that if the export volume was over US$619 million in 2010, over US$660 million in 2011 and US$705 million in 2012.
The enterprises export their products to 50 countries of the world. Uzbekistan started to export their products to such countries as Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Finland, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and others.
In the reporting period, about 35% of exported goods were ready products, which rose by 25% year-on-year. Besides, part of semi-manufactured articles (yarn and stockinet) was realized in internal market, which helped to increase production of ready goods twice and hosiery goods – 1.2 times.
Uzbekyengilsanoat said that currently it has about 290 enterprises in its structure.
