Enterprise for processing of sheep wool to be created in Uzbekistan

According to the bank, a new innovative cluster will purchase sheep wool from the population. The enterprise will process wool and produce yarn and blanket. Some of the products will be exported.

The project will be implemented in three phases. Uzpromstroybank will provide a loan of 12 billion soums for this project due to credit line of the China Development Bank.

The plant’s capacities will be able to process 3,000 tonnes of sheep wool and produce 1,500 tonnes of pure raw materials, more than 400 tonnes of ready-made yarn, 100,000 pieces of soft blankets, 1,000 tonnes of wool fibers will be exported.
