According to the ministry, the electricity and gas supply system deployed 1,479 specialized teams comprising 7,596 employees, working around the clock on-site.

The country’s power plants generated 272.9 million kWh of electricity, exceeding the planned target by 6%. Electricity supplied to consumers amounted to 245.7 million kWh, which is 2% above the planned volume.

Natural gas consumption reached 146.2 million cubic meters, including 2 million cubic meters allocated for refueling vehicles and public transport.

Liquefied gas was offered in the amount of 2,428 tonnes, with 2,368 tonnes sold.

All emergency situations were promptly addressed by operational teams, with eight incidents recorded in the electricity network and one in the gas supply system.

The system operates in enhanced 24/7 mode, with emergency teams gradually restoring resource supply.

Round-the-clock call centers at regional electricity and gas supply branches provide rapid response to consumer inquiries.

Detailed information is available on the official social media pages of the Ministry of Energy and energy enterprises. For electricity-related issues, citizens are advised to call 1154; for gas supply matters, the numbers 1104 and 104 are available.

The ministry urges the public to exercise caution when using gas equipment and heating devices during the cold season and to use energy resources efficiently to maintain stable supply.
