Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Resolution of the Government of Uzbekistan approved the regulation on the procedure for increasing and assessing the level of legal literacy of employees of state organizations.

According to the regulation, the level of legal literacy of employees of state organizations will be assessed based on the established minimum requirements.

At the same time, employees will undergo test trials in a special testing system - the "Civil Servants Testing Module" in the Unified Electronic Information and Analytical System of the Civil Service.

The assessment is carried out every 3 years on the basis of a schedule approved by the Ministry of Justice in agreement with the relevant government organization.

Persons who are hired for the first time in government organizations and do not have work experience will be assessed in the appropriate manner 12 months after the date of hiring.

Each employee completes 40 test questions, the information, confirmed by a QR code, is sent electronically to the personal accounts of employees of state organizations that have successfully passed the assessment, immediately after the output of the assessment results.

Measures will be taken to apply the positive experience of state organizations that have recorded high results in the activities of other state organizations.

Based on the assessment results, the Ministry of Justice submits analytical information on the assessment results to the Cabinet of Ministers and the Civil Service Development Agency under the President.
