Elsis-savdo issues shares for 30 million soums

The company said that the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of Elsis-savdo on 17 March 2011.

In line with the prospectus of emission, Elsis-savdo will issue 30,000 shares. The nominal value of shares is 1,000 soums each.

Total sum of the emission makes up 30 million soums, the company said in the prospectus of emission. The shares will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders.

Elsis-savdo renders services on purchase-sale of securities to individuals and legal entities, as well as professional participants of the market. It also creates conditions to satisfy their needs. It helps to register rights to securities.
