Electricity Generation in Uzbekistan Rose by 6% in February

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In February 2026, electricity generation in Uzbekistan increased by 6% compared with February of the previous year, according to the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan.

During the reporting month, the country produced 7.257 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity, which is 423 million kilowatt-hours more than in the same period of 2025.
