Elections of self-governing bodies starts in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Elections of chairpersons (aksakals) of the self-governing bodies and their advisors started in Uzbekistan on 5 May 2016.
Some 9,764 chairpersons (aksakals) of the self-governing bodies and over 99,000 of their advisors will be elected this year.
The elections will be held in all self-governing bodies and will last till the end of June 2016.
