Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Elbek Shukurov was appointed to the post of khokim of Sergeli district of Tashkent city.

Elbek Shukurov was born in 1988 in the city of Tashkent. He graduated from the Tashkent State Agrarian University in 2009.

In 2018–2020, he worked as deputy khokim of the city of Tashkent for youth policy, social development and spiritual and educational work.

Since February 2020, he worked as Deputy Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
