Effective use of vacant state-owned properties to be organized
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A decree by the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan has approved the Regulation "On Measures for Organizing the Inventory of Vacant State-Owned Properties and Ensuring Their Effective Use."
The regulation outlines the procedures for identifying and inventorying vacant non-residential state properties, documenting the results of the inventory, establishing criteria for the effective use of vacant properties, and organizing their efficient application.
According to the regulation, the Center for the Effective Use of State Property under the Agency for the Management of State Assets and its regional departments will track vacant state properties in the "Davlat mulki" information system, categorizing them as follows:
By category:
Vacant properties
Properties with excess area, according to standards
Properties under construction for more than a year
By indicators of effective use:
Properties included in development programs
Properties designated for sale through public auctions
Properties included in public-private partnership programs
Properties intended to be put up for public auctions for leasing
Information on identified vacant state properties will be published by the Center on the official website within 10 days after the completion of the inventory.
