Efes Breweries to establish beer factory in Uzbekistan

Anadolu Efes informs that its 70% subsidiary EBI will have the control 60% of the joint undertaking in Uzbekistan .

The statement further notes that EBI is also exploring opportunities for strategic partnership with Heineken in Kazakhstan and Serbia .

EBI has two beer factories in Kazakhstan and a market share of 25% while the company operates two factories in Serbia where it has 10% market share.
