Efes Breweries says agrees Uzbek collaboration with Heineken
EBI and Heineken will have 60% and 40% shares in the joint venture respectively, whereas EBI will also have the management control.
The companies said they also intend to collaborate in the Kazakh and Serbian beer markets.
