Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An educational eco-camp was completed in Tashkent as part of the Eco-schools Uzbekistan project of the Zamin Foundation. 669 offline and 200 online activists took part in it.
The eco-camp program was filled with interactive lectures, seminars of UNDP international experts in the field of sustainable development, water resources, global warming, biodiversity.
During the week, in an inclusive environment, the guys met with eco-bloggers, participated in workshops and discussions, defended their position.
The main goal of educational eco-camps is to increase knowledge and actively involve young people in practical actions to improve and preserve the environment. The environmental education program is an important step in educating a young responsible generation.

The next educational eco-camp will be held in the Fergana Valley and then in all regions of Uzbekistan.
