Earthquake was registered in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 19 October at 01:32, an earthquake occurred in Uzbekistan, the Republican Center for Seismic Prognostic Monitoring of the Ministry of Emergency Situations said in a statement.

The epicenter of the earthquake was located in Urtachirchik district of Tashkent region, with coordinates of 41.03° N latitude and 69.39° E longitude. The earthquake had a magnitude of 3.6 and a depth of 10 km.

The epicenter was situated 30 km southeast of Tashkent.

The 2-point tremors registered in the cities of Nurafshan and Urtachirchik district. 

Residents of Tashkent also felt the earthquake.
