Earthquake in Andijan region registered in Uzbekistan

An earthquake with epicenter in Andijan region was registered in Uzbekistan at 08:26 on Friday, 1 January 2016.
According to the data of the Tashkent seismic station, the magnitude at the epicenter was 5.3.
Tashkent seismic station said that the power of tremors in Tashkent was 1 point and in Andijan - 2-3 points.
The epicenter was located 22 km away from Andijan and 272 km away from Tashkent in Andijan region, at the Uzbek-Kyrgyz border.
