Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting was held at the Tashkent-based enterprise “UzElectroApparat-Electroshield” with a delegation from the Chinese company Eagle Rise, led by Chairman Mr. JunCheng Xiao.

The meeting brought together representatives from both sides — the Eagle Rise delegation, the management of UzElectroApparat-Electroshield, and officials from the “UzElTechSanoat” Association.

During the discussions, the parties explored opportunities for establishing bilateral cooperation in the production of high-voltage transformers.

The Chinese side presented its experience in deploying digital control systems based on 5G technologies, along with advanced manufacturing solutions.

Founded in 1999, Eagle Rise currently operates 14 production facilities across China, the U.S., Mexico, Thailand, and Malaysia, employing around 5,000 people. The company is also the founder of “Mega Energy,” which operates in Uzbekistan’s renewable energy sector. Mega Energy is currently implementing a 150 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in the country.

The meeting marked another important step toward expanding strategic industrial cooperation between Uzbekistan and China.
