Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Main Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Tashkent reports that in connection with evening prayers during the holy month of Ramadan, roads near mosques will be closed to traffic every day from 18.00 to 24.00.

Quddus Sharif Mosque: from Yangi Sergili Street along Kipchok Street to the section of Nilufar Street;

Mirza Yusuf Mosque (Bodomzor): from Bogishamol Street along Chingiz Aitmatov Street to part of the 2nd passage of Kozi Tarnov;

Sheikh Zayniddin Mosque: from Beshkaragoch street along Kukcha Darvoza street, to the section of Nurafshon street;

Novza Mosque: from Mukimiy Street along Bunyodkor Street, to the section of Seoul Street;

Islom ota Mosque: from 5-proezd Fargona yoli street along Fargona yoli street to the section of Olot street;

Yunusobod Oktepa Mosque: from Amir Temur Avenue along Chinobod Street to the section of Darvoza Kent Street;

Fotima and Zahro Mosque: from Nurafshan Street along Oktepa Majlisiy Street, to the section of Katta Oktepa Street;

Butta Buva Mosque: from Bunyodkor street along Beshkurgan street, to the section of 4th passage Beshkurgon street;

Yakkasaray Mosque: from Shota Rustaveli Street along Yakkasaray Street, to the section of Bogibuston Street;

Usmon Bin Makhzun Mosque: from Kushbegi Street along the Moscow Ring Road to the section of Chuponota Street.

Depending on the situation, with a large influx of believers, it is possible to temporarily close other streets adjacent to mosques.

Drivers are asked to use other routes in advance.
