Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of Afghanistan arrived in Uzbekistan to undergo training on the treatment of coronavirus infection. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan.

The delegation included 20 healthcare professionals. Within 10 days they will take master classes in infectious diseases hospitals No. 1 and No. 2 of Zangiata district.

Also, the Afghan delegation will visit a number of central and family clinics, as well as the Samarkand region.

The visit of the delegation was organized to train Afghan medical workers on the experience of Uzbekistan in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of coronavirus, to improve their skills and competence in using modern and effective treatment methods.
