Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Presidential Decree "On additional measures to support people with disabilities and vulnerable groups" was adopted.

From 1 April  2022:

the minimum amount of disability benefits paid to disabled citizens, as well as disability pensions for incomplete work experience, taking into account additional payments, has been increased from 440,000 soums to 622,000 soums.

the legal representative of a disabled child under the age of 18 in need of care will receive a monthly care allowance in the amount of 500,000 soums. The care allowance is assigned and paid by district (city) branches of the off-budget Pension Fund on the basis of citizens’ applications to the Public Service Centers or the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services. Expenses for the payment and issuance of care allowance are covered by the funds of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The document approved a list of diseases of children under the age of 18 who need outside care.
