The University is a non-governmental organization of higher education in the form of a limited liability company.

The University trains personnel with higher education in the field of information and communication technologies, software development, management of information systems and computer networks.

Educational activities begin from the 2022/2023 academic year, student education is carried out on a tuition fee based.

The educational process will be organized on the basis of a credit-modular system.

Education at the university is carried out in the form of distance learning, and can also be carried out in other forms of education in accordance with the law.

Graduates are issued a diploma, which is recognized as a document of higher education in Uzbekistan.
