Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - By the Decree of the President "On additional measures to strengthen the personal responsibility of heads of state administration bodies and local executive authorities for the effective organization of the implementation of legislative acts", within the structure of the Ministry of Justice, a Department for monitoring the execution of acts and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial divisions has been created.

From 1 April 2021, the appointment and dismissal of the heads of departments responsible for executive discipline in all state bodies of the republican level, in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of regions and the city of Tashkent, must be agreed with the Executive Discipline Sector of the Administration President.

From 1 May 2021, execution control, maintenance of control files and the generation of reports in all state bodies and organizations, local government bodies is carried out exclusively through the "Ijro.gov.uz" system, while the practice of maintaining any other control programs, reports and databases data will be terminated.

The program for conducting annual targeted and thematic analytical studies of the implementation of legislative acts and orders is developed by the Ministry of Justice on the basis of proposals from the Accounts Chamber and other interested ministries and departments and approved by the head of the Presidential Administration.
