Delegation of Uzbekistan attends climate conference in Paris

A delegation of Uzbekistan is participating at the 21st Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), which started on 30 November 2015 in Paris (France).
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the event is attended by official delegation of the UN member states, representatives of international structures, state and non-governmental organizations. The conference is organized by the French Government and the UNFCCC Secretariat.
Uzbekistan is a member of the UNFCCC in 1993. The UNFCCC was adopted in Rio de Janeiro in 1992. Uzbekistan joined to the Kyoto protocol of the UNFCCC.
