Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Currently, a delegation of the Ministry of Preschool Education (MoPE) is on a working visit to Paris (France).

On 29 March, an information session was held at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris dedicated to the Second World Conference on Early Childhood Care and Education in Tashkent in November this year.

The information session was attended by UNESCO Deputy Directors General Stefania Giannini and Firmin Edouard Matoko, a delegation of the Ministry of Preschool Education headed by Minister A. Shin, as well as more than 100 representatives of UNESCO member countries.

During the information session, representatives of the UNESCO member countries were acquainted with the ongoing reforms in the field of preschool education in Uzbekistan, as well as the measures taken to prepare for the upcoming Conference. 

Representatives of the member countries warmly accepted the speeches of the speakers, highly appreciated the positive changes in the field of preschool education in Uzbekistan and expressed interest in the participation of their delegations in the upcoming conference.
