Delegation of Lithuania’s Sejm hold talks at Legislative Chamber

Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Sarvar Otamuratov met with the Lithuanian delegation.

At the meeting, the Uzbek side provided information on activities of the parliament of Uzbekistan.

They also discussed issues of expanding and strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation, organizing joint events, exchanging experience in law-making and control activities.

Simulik Valerijus said that he highly rates traditionally friendly relations between Uzbekistan and Lithuania and expressed his assurance for further developing of cooperation with Uzbekistan.
