Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Quramax Medikal has lost its license to conduct pharmaceutical activities in Uzbekistan.
The Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court made the relevant decision.
The license was issued by the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency on 10 December 2019.
The court decision also satisfied the requirement to withdraw unusable drugs from circulation and destroy them.
The company may appeal against the court decision, otherwise it will come into force 10 days after its adoption.
