Courier delivery service Broniboy entered the market of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Russian last mile courier delivery service Broniboy has entered the international market - the company has begun operations in Uzbekistan.

At the moment, Broniboy has launched in Tashkent. More than 50 partners are connected to the platform, including chain restaurants ABnB, Soy, etc. By the end of the year, Broniboy plans to start working in several more large cities of the country, including Samarkand and Bukhara, connect more than 500 partners and fulfill more than 4,000 orders per day.

As in Russia, in Uzbekistan, the service will focus on the delivery of the last mile of food from restaurants, goods from shops, pharmacies and flower shops under its own Broniboy brand, as well as sharing couriers (preparation and management) for e-commerce, including aggregators food delivery, restaurants with their own delivery services, retailers, online stores, etc.

The company has already invested about US$50,000 in the launch in the country, and preparations for the launch took more than four months. The total investment in the project will be about US $300,000. According to its own assessment, the service should pass the breakeven point by the end of this year.

At the moment, Broniboy has completed a test launch in Tashkent, and there is a training and training center for couriers in the city.

Over the past four years, Uzbekistan’s GDP increased from 4.5% to 6.9%, economic growth was 24%. According to Broniboy, the market for the delivery of food and goods in the country is growing three times a year.

“So far, the delivery market in Uzbekistan has not been formed: all establishments value their guests very much and try to deliver as quickly as possible, using all possible tools: self-delivery, and work with aggregators, and delivery services. At the same time, a significant market share is occupied by taxi ordering services, drivers accept and deliver orders. However, the logistics of the last mile are very sensitive to variables - and because of this, the guest suffers, because he does not know when and how his order will be delivered. Our goal is to form a habit among users to value and save their time.

Broniboy specializes in last mile delivery and responds to the demand of the market - we work both as an aggregator that accepts and delivers orders, and as a courier sharing service that prepares and manages couriers for e-commerce,” says Broniboy.

Over the next few years, Broniboy plans to start working in all cities of Uzbekistan with a population of over 50,000 people.

Broniboy is a last-mile courier delivery service focused on self-branded consumer delivery and courier sharing (provisioning and management) for third-party companies. Founded in 2017, it now operates in 17 cities of Russia, including Krasnodar (top 1 in terms of the number of orders in the city), Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, etc.

The service adheres to the concept of an eco-friendly and empathic service, when all orders are collected and delivered “as for themselves”. The service connects both chain restaurants (burger Farsh, Chaihona No. 1, Teremok, Subway, etc.) and shops (Magnit), as well as small local establishments.
