Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Today, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Transport with members of the delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister of the Primorsky Territory of Russia Konstantin Shestakov.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of further expanding trade and economic ties between the Primorsky Territory and the Republic of Uzbekistan through the development of transport and logistics ties.
The parties exchanged views on the possibility of increasing the number of flights, deliveries of agricultural products from Uzbekistan to Primorye, including the launch of freight transportation by rail, road and air. During the meeting, it was emphasized that cooperation in the field of tourism also has great potential.
Following the meeting, it was decided to create a special working group in order to further expand cooperation and achieve tangible results.
